RedEye iPad FAQ

1. How often does the iPad edition publish?
Weekly, every Wednesday afternoon.

2. How much does it cost?
$0! Our weekly iPad edition is now free.

3. How do I manage my subscriptions or unsubscribe?
– From your device’s Home screen, tap App Store.
– Tap Featured at the bottom of the screen.
– Scroll to the bottom of the page.
– Tap the Apple ID button in the lower-left corner. (If you are not signed in, tap the Sign In button, and sign in with your Apple ID. Then, scroll back to the bottom of the page, and tap the Apple ID button.)
– From the main account page, scroll down and tap Manage App Subscriptions. If you don’t have app subscriptions this button will not be displayed.
– From the Manage App Subscription page iPad, tap the RedEye app

4. Is there an app for Android tablets?
There isn’t one yet, but we’re working on it.

How can I get old copies of RedEye?

If the issue is more than a three months old, we do not have any copies. We can, however, send you a digital copy. Please request an old issue of RedEye by filling out the form below and e-mailing it to redeye@tribune.com:

RedEye often runs stories from the Chicago Tribune or Associated Press. We also partner with Metromix.com. If you are unable to find the story on our Web site, you may want to try searching ChicagoTribune.com, Metromix.com or the AP. If you still cannot find the story, e-mail redeye@tribune.com.

Where can I read or download the paper online?

I can’t find my RedEye/I’m having problems with the RedEye box.

When does RedEye publish? Does it print on holidays?

RedEye prints Monday through Friday. Its publication holidays are New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

Does RedEye have a business section?

How can I list my event?

RedEye’s event listings go through Metromix.com. You can submit your listings by emailing metromix@tribune.com.

How can I advertise in RedEye?
