Crazy cool tile in Lincoln Park Victorian, for $3M

Region-specific houses always look pretty cool in their natural habitats, even if some call them cliche. Like it or not, brownstones in New York or ranches in California just seem to fit. And hey, we're biased, but there aren't many looks more classic than the 19th century Victorians in Chicago.

This one is an updated but fully maintained building built in 1886. It's hung on to most of its vintage flourishes despite a little inside makeover. Check out the moldings, the light fixtures and the windows that touch the floor. Thanks to the updates, it's even got a jumbo dressing room and an outdoor area.

Moving in will cost you $2.98 million.
