Concrete cone in a 3-story Lincoln Park home, for $2.4M

The focal points of houses come in all shapes and sizes, but they're usually in the form of a fireplace or piece of art. Not so for the giant conical structure built into this Lincoln Park home. Inspired by Le Corbusier, the stone cone stands three stories tall and affects all levels of the home, culminating in a skylight at its peak. It's certainly the homes' most audacious feature, but not its only distinctive aspect.

Take a look at this $2.4 million home at 610 W. Belden Ave. in Lincoln Park.
