'The Devil's Double' review: Real life sensationalized without purpose

**1/2 (out of four) Saddam Hussein’s son Uday (Dominic Cooper) is such a giver: He generously invites/kidnaps underage girls back to his home, and he forces guests at his birthday party to strip down so, uh, they can be a little cooler. For many reasons this guy’s got loads of enemies and several responsibilities he doesn’t want to do, so he enlists look-alike Latif (also played by Cooper), a much-friendlier guy, to be his on-call stand-in.
