Yoga in Chicago

Need to work on getting zen due a stressful week? Look no further than these scenic spots for an outdoor yoga session. If you're feeling adventurous, there's even yoga on paddleboards at Montrose, North Avenue and 31st Street beaches. (You must provide your own mat at each of the following venues.)

Location: Nature Boardwalk at Lincoln Park Zoo (rain location is the Farmhouse at the Farm-in-the-Zoo)

Schedule: 6:30 p.m. Wednesdays; 9 a.m. Saturdays; 10 a.m. Sundays through Sept. 14

 

Location: Great Lawn at Millennium Park

Cost: Free

Schedule: 7:30 a.m. Wednesdays, 8 a.m. Saturdays through Sept. 6

 

Location: North Gateway Park lawn at Navy Pier (next to the CTA bus terminal)

Cost: $10
