Mayor Richard Daley will present a sneak preview of the city’s third annual Winter Break Chicago festival at Sears Skate on State. Olympic figure skating champion Kristi Yamaguchi and medalist Paul Wylie will be on hand for an exhibition. Daley will highlight events for the 12-day festival that starts Feb. 9. Featured events for the festival will include blues acts around town and the Chicago Auto Show.
