Fantasy football: Week 16 pickups
Here it is. The pinnacle. The top of the mountain. The playoff championship (unless you're in one of those weird league that plays the championship next week). If you've come this far, you probably don't need much help from me. But maybe your team is running on fumes, and needs that last push to achieve fantasy glory. I can only hope one of these guys will get you over the top and earn you all the fame and riches that come with being a fantasy champ. And if you do, feel free share some of those riches with the guy who got you there ... -- Matthew Wood

Rex Grossman, QB, Redskins
This one's for all the haters out there who criticized me at the start of the season when I did a TV spot saying Grossman would be an adequate fill-in for Peyton Manning owners. Jerks! If you've gotten this far, I'm assuming you don't need QB help. But if you do, a matchup against the Vikings isn't all that bad, especially if it's a Good Rex day. And really, who else are you gonna pick up? Kyle Orton?
