Workout classes can be expensive, but if you’re willing to stand with a few hundred other fitness enthusiasts, Millennium Park’s free summer sessions might be just what the personal trainer ordered.

The 45-minute classes run from June 1-Sept. 3.

Yoga is offered from 7:30-8:15 a.m. Wednesdays, June 1-Aug. 31. Saturdays from June 11-Sept. 3 feature a whole slate of morning workouts: tai chi at 7 a.m. yoga at 8, Pilates at 9 and Zumba at 10.

There also is a special workout June 4 with yoga at 7 a.m., a cardio workout at 8, Pilates at 9 and Zumba at 10.

It’s as good an excuse as any to pack up your yoga mat and dancing shoes and head to the park this summer once it (FINALLY) warms up.

And believe it or not, these events are sponsored by none other than artery-clogging McDonald’s. Yes, Mickey D’s is bringing free workouts to us this summer. That said, the fast-food giant might actually be healthier than similar options, because math.
