Good thing Ragnar Lothbrok isn’t shy. In “Eye For an Eye,” the upcoming episode of History’s “Vikings,” King Ecbert asks the Viking leader to join him in a private pool to negotiate peace between Ragnar’s invading warriors and the Anglo-Saxons.
“Now we are equal,” Ecbert (Linus Roache) says after Ragnar (Travis Fimmel) strips and slips into the water. “We can talk together honestly, man to man.”
Uh-huh … that’s one thing they could do. (Really, check out the preview video above.)
Anyway, “Eye For an Eye” is notable for more than Ecbert’s Dark Ages bathhouse. Watch for Ragnar’s long-awaited reunion with his former wife, Lagertha (Katheryn Winnick), and their son, Bjorn (Alexander Ludwig), as well as a renewed rivalry between Ragnar and Gotaland ruler Jarl Borg (Thorbjorn Harr).
