Puppy chow or mud buddies: whatever you call the chocolate-powdered sugar-Chex deliciousness, it won’t be on the menu for uberEats 21st Century Bake Sale. *sad face*

This Sunday, Sept. 6, Uber will team with local restaurants to help reinstate after-school sports programs for students at Jane A. Neil Elementary School, at 8555 S. Michigan Ave. in Chatham. Dubbed uberBAKESALE, the menu will include red velvet cupcakes from Sprinkles (50 E. Walton St. in Gold Coast), chocolate chip cookies from Beatrix (519 N. Clark St. in River North) and sweet cake balls from West Town Bakery (1916 W. Chicago Ave. in West Town and 15 E. Ohio St. in River North).

Baked goods are free, limited to one per customer and can be ordered between 1 and 5 p.m. via the eats icon on your Uber app. Uber will charge a $3 delivery fee, which will be donated. Currently uberEats only delivers to the Loop, West Loop, River North, Gold Coast, Old Town and Lincoln Park areas, but uberBAKESALE is available for the whole city.

All proceeds from the 21st Century Bake Sale will be donated to support the school’s after-school sports programs, including Special Olympics, football, basketball, volleyball and cheerleading, according to a statement.

“These donations will help us reinstate our sports program for the 2015-2016 school year and cover the costs for referees, coaches, uniforms and buses to athletic competitions,” said Tawane Knox, principal at Jane A. Neil Elementary School, in a press release.

Chicago Public Schools begin classes Tuesday, Sept. 8.
