El Che Bar chef de cuisine Mark Steuer provides a preview of the new concept he’s launching next year by serving veal schnitzel made with brown butter bread crumbs, sauerkraut, lingonberry, chive mustard and slow-poached egg yolk ($26) paired with Pilsner Urquell served in a commemorative mug ($8). 5-10 p.m.
