Charlie Sheen will return to TV the same night Season 9 of “Two and a Half Men” kicks off–though Sheen will be far away from CBS. The goddess-loving former sitcom star will be the guest of honor at a Comedy Central roast set to air Sept. 19, just after the first episode of “Men” starring Ashton Kutcher airs. “You could say I’ve been providing kindling for this roast for a while,” said Sheen in a statement. “It’s time to light it up.
