Pearl Tavern bills itself as the "revival of the all American oyster bar," and its central location makes the restaurant a hot spot for lunch with coworkers or a date night dinner. Adolfo Garcia, previously a partner at Hubbard Inn, brings West Coast and East Coast oysters to the Loop.
