At A10 in Hyde Park, Chef Matthias Merges (Yusho, Billy Sunday) serves up Italian and French cuisine in the form of small plates, pizza, pasta dishes, sweets and Sunday brunch. The lunch and dinner crowd can choose from small plates like wood fired snails and chicken liver mousse, among others, and large plates featuring fish, steak, pork and even rabbit as the main components.
