The creepy guy with the shovel that ended up having a heart of gold in “Home Alone” is selling his home. Well, sort of. The mansion of Old Man Marley, Kevin McCallister’s neighbor in the film who religiously salted the neighborhood sidewalks, is for sale in Winnetka for the asking price of $3.1 million. The 681 Lincoln Avenue home has 7 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms and is much better kept than you’d imagine the misunderstood old man would have left it. TRIVIA TIME: Roberts Blossom, the actor who played in Old Man Marley, became a poet after retiring from acting in 2000. He died in 2011.
