Thinking about getting inked? Well, so is the Field Museum. It’ll soon go (figuratively) under the needle—of a tattoo machine.

“Tattoo,” is the museum’s next major temporary exhibition, scheduled to run from Oct. 21, 2016 to April 30, 2017. The touring exhibit originated in France at the Musee du Quai Branly – Jacques Chirac and will feature more than 170 objects related to the worldwide practice of embedding ink into human flesh.

“We have some incredible artifacts related to tattooing in different cultures,” Janet Hong, exhibition project manager, said in a statement. “We’re also working on some elements of the exhibition that will be specific to tattooing in Chicago.”

Tatt it up!
