Dishes: The new tavern at Block 37 offers posh bites such as 50-day dry-aged rib-eye served with two eggs, hollandaise and Creole potatoes ($26) and bananas Foster French toast with seared foie gras and whipped cream ($16).
Drinks: The Block Bloody ($12) goes heavy on garnishes with housemade potato chips, prosciutto, grilled shrimp, fried stuffed olives and a mini hot dog, with a Miller High Life pony chaser. For a lighter sip, go with The Crown ($13), a blend of vodka, sparkling wine and orange, lemon and passion fruit juices.

Drinks: Cool off with Frosé ($12), a blend of rosé, raspberry sorbet and raspberries, or opt for the $20 mimosa package.

Dishes: The pop-up restaurant from the owners of AMK Kitchen is only open for six months, so you’ll want to hurry in to try their chilaquiles with beef chorizo, white cheddar, pico de gallo, guacamole, sour cream and two eggs any style ($16) or fried chicken benedict with a scallion and white cheddar biscuit, habanero ranch sauce and home fries ($13).
Drinks: The West Loop spot’s spins on classic brunch cocktails include a bloody mary with green chili vodka, garnished with a slice of bacon, and the Mad Cap mimosa, which blends grapefruit vodka, banana liqueur, orange juice and cava (both $11).

Dishes: Dig into dim sum at the River North restaurant with specialties including soup dumplings stuffed with crab, duck or gruyere ($10-$12), or crispy spring rolls featuring carrots and royal trumpet and wood ear mushrooms ($9).
Drinks: Take your taste buds traveling with the Rosé Around the World flight ($16) featuring wines from South Africa, Italy, Chile and Oregon, or just savor the Ducknob Dynasty, a blend of duck fat-infused 100-proof rye, sugar, orange essence and black walnut bitters ($15).

Dishes: Smoked and pickled items are a specialty at the West Town spot, and you can try them with the romaine chicken salad featuring chickpeas, corn, peppers, goat cheese, croutons and smoked tomato vinaigrette ($13) and the mushroom benedict served on an English muffin with hollandaise and pickled chilies ($12).
Drinks: Housemade pickles garnish the bloody mary ($10), which you can have made with chili vodka, mescal or gin. If you prefer beer, go with a michelada prepared with Ska Mexican Logger lager and a chili salt rim ($7).

Dishes: The Old Town restaurant serves its namesake meat in the Steak & Eggs, featuring skirt steak, roasted tomatoes and sunny-side-up eggs ($20), though it also offers vegetarian-friendly eats like the avocado toast, toasted multigrain bread topped with crushed avocado, cherry tomatoes and radish ($11).
Drinks: Add a mimosa package to any entree for $15.

Drinks: There aren’t any brunch-specific cocktails, but you can order from the regular drink menu with seasonal options including the Water Taxi, a blend of pisco, rum, bitters, passion fruit syrup and pineapple-jalapeno kombucha, and Where the Buffalo Roam, which mixes bourbon, amaro, mezcal, honey and lemon juice (both $13).

Drinks: Drink in the tropics with a guava bellini ($10) or pineapple mimosa ($9), or share The Big Kahuna, a blend of rum, pineapple juice and coconut puree served in a fresh pineapple ($28).

Dishes: Launched right after the West Side restaurant added sidewalk seating, the brunch menu includes a potato pancake with duck confit, scallions, fried duck egg and housemade hot sauce ($15) and shrimp and grits with housemade bacon and wild onions ($12).
Drinks: Get your day off to a strong start with the Corpse Reviver #Two, made with gin, triple sec, vermouth, lemon juice and absinthe, or Maggie, a blend of vodka, honey, cucumber and watermelon juice, elderflower liqueur and celery bitters (both $9).

Dishes: Catch the game at the West Loop sports bar while you enjoy a chorizo sloppy Joe served on Texas toast with poached egg, cilantro and avocado and side of housemade chips, or a Dutch baby skillet with blueberry, lemon curd, whipped ricotta, powdered sugar and maple syrup (both $10).
Drinks: Build your own Moscow mule ($10) and feel free to substitute the vodka for bourbon, or take advantage of a $15 mimosa package. During Michigan games the drink offerings change to $6 Coors, Miller Lite and Bell’s Brewery stadium cups, $25 Michigan beer buckets and $8 goblets of sangria.

Drinks: The Meal in a Glass bloody mary is mixed with vodka and Guinness and garnished with celery, grilled cheese, fried pickles, candied bacon, an onion ring, hot link, shrimp, lemon and lime with a Miller High Life pony chaser ($20). If that sounds overwhelming, they also have $6 mimosas.

Dishes: Look out at the Chicago River while you dine on chorizo hash served with poached egg, red chili salsa, Cotija cheese, cilantro and potatoes ($12) or share a basket of assorted muffins accompanied by lemon ricotta, local honey and berry jam ($14).
Drinks: Up to four people can share a mimosa tool box, building their own drinks with sparkling wine, fruit garnish and orange, pineapple, cantaloupe and peach juices ($58), or go for the bloody mary tool box, which comes with chorizo, shrimp, candied bacon, aged cheddar, olives, celery and giardiniera to use as garnishes ($72).
