The would-be kings and queen have gone to war to take the Iron Throne in HBO’s “Game of Thrones.” Ownership appears to be a lot easier for fans of the hit series.

HBO is selling life-size replicas of the coveted seat of power for a mere $30,000 apiece at its web store. Here are the specs:

Height: 7’2

Depth: 5’11

Width: 5’5

Weight: 350 pounds

Materials: Hand-finished, hand-painted fiberglass. Fire-proof resin.

OK, so it isn’t made of 1,000 iron swords hammered for 59 days into an intimidating throne fit for kings. Still, it’s pretty impressive.

For $30,000, sitting on the replica should feel just as awesome as the “Game of Thrones” actors have said sitting in the real thing feels.

“I promise you, Curt, honestly, the moment you sit on that chair, I can’t tell you. I mean, this is a fictional story, but I can’t tell you how much blood rushes to your head,”

Eugene Simon

, who plays Lancel Lannister, told me. “You get so full of adrenalin because you just think to yourself, pardon my French, but, ‘[Bleep] yeah! I’m sitting on the Irone Throne!'”

Kit Harington

, who plays Jon Snow, also couldn’t resist the seat.

“It was fun. It was kind of weird. I’ve got a picture of myself on it; I’ve got a few pictures of myself on it. Yeah, it’s weird,” he said, laughing. “Every time any of the actors see that throne, they go and sit on it instantly. It’s like a weird sort of draw for all of us.”

Now if I could get my hands on $30,000. Oh, and an additional $1,800 for shipping and handling–I could be the geekiest “GoT” fan I know.
