Every February we celebrate Valentine’s Day and Black History Month, but this one is extra special because we welcome NBC’s “Community” back to TV after too long a hiatus. It’s also when the high-profile Netflix series, “House of Cards,” debuts. Back on the regular TV, “The Walking Dead” and “SouthLand” are back. As usual, I may have missed something, so let me know.
