Several college football teams will see the debut of new uniforms this fall. Some changes are subtle, and some could be considered drastic. RedEye assembled a panel of "experts" to judge whether some of these designers should go back to the huddle.

Russ Michna, Chicago Rush quarterback
Brad Zibung, publisher of The Heckler
Tony Sculfield, WGCI DJ
Clinton Kelly, of TLC's "What Not to Wear"

MICHIGAN (Adidas)

Michigan's road whites feature yellow stripes along the shoulder pads. Besides subtle touches, high-tech features include TechFit PowerWeb, a calf sleeve that delivers more oxygen to body parts; "formotion" cuts, strategically placed seams that enhance natural movement; and ClimaCool, a fabric that ventilates high-heat areas such as the shoulders.

MICHNA: I'm confused... Didn't Rich Rodriquez leave West Virginia?
ZIBUNG: It's good to know the team from Ann Arbor is finally officially known as the " University of Michigan brought to you by Addias Wolverines"
SCULFIELD: Nice fitted look on RBs and WRs. Linemen? Different story. eeeewwww!!
KELLY: Simple, clean lines. Very butch, yet it looks like the wearer would smell nice.
