The official trailer for the “Sharknado’-inspired film "Gatorcane" is now available.
"Gatorcane" - shot entirely in Florida for under $1 million – picks up where SyFy's “Sharknado” left off, according to a release from the production company behind the action-adventure film. From Sentinel Studios, a division of Tribune Films: While a sharknado may seem like the scariest of all natural disasters, there’s something even more terrifying in the eye of this storm: GATORS! At first, the hurricane roaring across Florida feels like a just another summer disturbance. But when man-eating, blood-thirsty alligators begin falling from the sky, the storm is upgraded to a Gatorcane! Before it’s too late to save the Sunshine State, one reporter must find out why the swamp is coming to the city. This summer, forget category 5, because this hurricane will eat you alive! A release date for “Gatorcane” has not been announced. “Gatorcane” is the first feature film from actor and writer Jon Busdeker.
