Cupcake stores come together to support Superstorm Sandy relief efforts

Several cupcake stores around Central Indiana are hoping to make life a little sweeter for victims of Superstorm Sandy.

Buying a cupcake from the stores will result in a .25-cent donation to the American Red Cross for relief efforts.

The stores include Gigi’s Cupcakes in Fishers and Indianapolis; Holy Cow, Cupcakes in Carmel; Sweeties Gourmet Treats in Broad Ripple and Sweet Home Cupcakes in Noblesville.

The program runs through Friday, Nov. 16.
