A rhino hangs out with a sheep. A dog's best friend is his donkey. An owl plays with a pussycat. No, I'm not talking about a new animated film (or a Barbra Streisand movie). "Unlikely Animal Friends" is a four-episode series about animal friendships no one saw coming, and they're on Nat Geo WILD Friday and Saturday. In the gallery here you'll find several preview images from the series in which the dog whisperer Cesar Millan and Casey Anderson, who has a lifelong friendship with a grizzly bear named Brutus, explain why animals form emotional bonds with other species, including the men and women who care for them. The episodes and air times (all CT) are: "Dogs Gone Wild," 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 23; "Hello Kitty," 8 p.m. Friday; "Man's Other Best Friend," 7 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 24; "The Wild Bunch," 8 p.m. Saturday.
