After sorting through more than 200 nominations from readers, spending hours interviewing candidates and, yes, staging some stealthy recon, we've selected the Top 8 contenders for RedEye's Best Bartender 2013 project. These talented drink slingers represent all types of hangouts and neighborhoods, from a Bridgeport cocktail and beer bar to a cozy Andersonville restaurant. What they have in common is a commitment to great drinks and service.
