Famous breast cancer survivors
Giuliana Rancic, "E!" host and star of "Giuliana and Bill," announced on "Today" that she had been diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 36. Though celebrities have gone public with struggles with breast cancer before, not as many were as young as Rancic. But, as she pointed out, the disease can strike earlier in life as well as later, and other celebrities have revealed their diagnosis in their 30s or 40s. To coincide with Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October, here are some of the famous names who fought breast cancer before turning 50.

WANDA SYKES
Wanda Sykes announced on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" earlier this year that she discovered she had breast cancer when she went in to get a breast reduction. The 47-year-old comedian decided to get a double mastectomy.
