If you’ve been waiting for your chance to see the Stanley Cup and get your picture taken with it, you’ve almost waited too long.
On Saturday, the Stanley Cup will be at The Field Museum. From 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., museum-goers will be able to take their pic with the Cup, meet mascot Tommy Hawk and listen to Blackhawks chairman Rocky Wirtz give a brief speech. Access to the event is free with museum admission.
The Cup’s appearance is billed as one of its last public showings in Chicago before it returns to its home at the Hockey Hall of Fame in Toronto.
Photos with the Cup end at 1 p.m., so line up early, Blackhawks fans.
