Two men were seriously injured in a shooting in the Logan Square neighborhood this evening, authorities said.
The men, ages 27 and 53, were both shot in the leg about 8 p.m. in the 2700 block of West North Avenue, said Chicago Police News Affairs Officer Hector Alfaro.
Both victims were taken to Stroger Hospital in serious-to-critical condition, though their conditions were later stabilized, authorities said.
Police, citing early reports, said both victims were standing on the corner when they were struck by shots coming from a dark-colored sedan traveling east on North Avenue.
No arrests had been made.
