22. Cowboys (18): Getting in position to win is one thing. Actually winning is another.
23. Bills (27): Beating the Cardinals on the road was impressive, but the Bills still have a lot to prove.

24. Saints (21): Drew Brees did not throw a touchdown pass last weekend. Chances are good he will throw one this weekend though.
25. Colts (22): The Colts had a predictable comedown Sunday; now let's see if they can find some equilibrium.
26. Buccaneers (25): Beating the Chiefs was one thing. If they can beat the Saints and Vikings, that will be something else.
27. Titans (30): It appears Chris Johnson and Kenny Britt are headed in the right direction, and that could bode very well for the Titans.
28. Raiders (26): They were impressive in defeat Sunday. And that is progress for the Raiders.
29. Panthers: (28): A weekend off might have helped Cam Newton more than any amount of coaching could have.
30. Browns (32): They are 1-12 over their last 13 games, but they also are on a one-game winning streak.
31. Chiefs (29): The offense wasn't any better with Brady Quinn under center than it was with Matt Cassel.
32. Jaguars (31): They drop to No. 32 even though they didn't play last weekend. It has been that kind of season for the Jags.
