Since Saturday evening, homicides have been logged in Albany Park, Auburn Gresham, Austin, Logan Square, the Near West Side, North Lawndale and West Englewood, according to police information.

Twenty-nine homicides have been recorded so far this month. Forty-one homicides were logged in October 2012, according to RedEye data.
