You've seen the photos of the inside of Michael Jordan's home in Highland Park, now here is the video, courtesy of NBC's "Today" show.
“Today” co-anchor and Evanston native Willie Geist took a tour of the 56,00 square foot estate currently for sale -- which includes nine bedrooms, 15 full bathrooms, four half-bathrooms, a tennis court and putting green – and laced up his sneakers during the visit to dunk in Jordan's full-size basketball court.
(It wasn’t pretty, but were you really expecting a windmill dunk from the 38-year-old Geist?)
The Bulls legend's home has been for sale since February 2012. Initially listed at $29 million, the price dropped to $21 million this year and will now be up for auction Nov. 22.
"(M)y kids are grown now and I don't need a large house in Chicago,” Jordan told the Wall Street Journal by email. “It was time for some warmer weather down at my new home in Florida.”
The Wall Street Journal reported that Jordan, who owns the Charlotte Bobcats, splits his time between Jupiter, Fla. and North Carolina and also owns a vacation home in Utah.
