Oprah Winfrey was back to interviewing A-list stars Wednesday in Chicago just like the old days, only this time it was pop star Justin Bieber at RL restaurant rather than Harpo Studios and it was for OWN’s “Oprah’s Next Chapter” rather than "The Oprah Winfrey Show.”
