Authorities have charged a 23-year-old man in a May shooting in the Englewood neighborhood that left a 19-year-old dead and two men wounded.
Michael Wade, of the 7200 block of South Champlain Avenue, was charged with one count of first-degree murder and two counts of attempted first-degree murder.
The charges stem from a May 29 shooting in the 5700 block of South LaSalle Street that left Malcolm Stuckey, of South Holland, dead at the scene. Two 23-year-old men were injured and were treated at local hospitals.
Wade is scheduled to appear in bond court today.
