Firefighters were able to rescue a dog stuck in Lake Michigan near Foster Avenue Beach this afternoon, according to the Fire Department.
Fire crews were called about 2:45 p.m. to Simonds Drive near Foster Avenue, in the north end of Lincoln Park, and were able to bring the dog out of the water within a few minutes, according to the Chicago Fire Department.
