When it came time to decide where to watch the Wisconsin-Kentucky men’s basketball semi-final Saturday, “Chicago Fire” cast members opted for a bar they were very familiar with.
Jesse Spencer, David Eigenberg and Monica Raymund watched the game with their “Chicago Fire” co-stars at the Wisconsin-affiliated Lottie’s Pub, known as Molly’s on the NBC firefighter drama. “Chicago Fire” used to film inside the Bucktown bar but now films on a set at Cinespace Chicago Film Studios made to look like Lottie’s interior. Still, the cast and crew return from time to time to shoot scenes outside Lottie’s.
The Bulls’ Derrick Rose, Joakim Noah, Carlos Boozer, Taj Gibson, Nazr Mohammed, Mike Dunleavy Jr. and Ronnie Brewer watched the UConn-Kentucky men’s championship Monday in the Wine Room at Lucky Strike Chicago. The Cubs’ Anthony Rizzo watched Monday’s game at Municipal Bar + Dining Co.
