A man was taken to a hospital after being shot in the leg this morning in the Lawndale neighborhood.
Someone shot the 25-year-old in the leg in the 1200 block of South Lawndale Avenue about 10:25 a.m., according to police News Affairs Officer Laura Kubiak.
Another man drove the victim to Mount Sinai Hospital, said Kubiak.
No arrests have been made.
