( Chris Sweda, Chicago Tribune / March 16, 2013 ) Cecilia Garcia, center, mother of Joaquin Garcia, leaves the home belonging to the family of Fabian Torres Saturday afternoon. Torres and Garica were killed after being struck by a vehicle driving in the wrong direction on Lake Shore Drive Friday morning. The Garcia family was trying to meet with the family of Torres, but were unsuccessful. |
