Troy & Abed of 'Community' explain the meaning of October 19

Now we know why NBC stopped the planned Oct. 19 returns of "Community" and "Whitney." The network has pulled "Animal Practice" from its schedule and is slotting "Whitney" to take its place beginning Nov. 14.
