Select Chicago fans of "Doctor Who" were treated to the two-part season premiere of the BBC America series on Wednesday, three days before Part 1 debuts on the network and 10 days before Part 2 can be seen. BBC America, RedEye and Show Patrol sponsored the event at Landmark Century Centre Cinema, 2828 N. Clark St., for about 150 guests--many of whom wore fezzes and other "Doctor Who"-inspired clothing. It was awesome getting to meet other Chicago Whovians and introducing the epic season premiere written by "Who" boss Steven Moffat. For more on the screening, visit Elliott Serrano's Geek to Me blog. Don't forget, the season premiere debuts at 8 p.m. Saturday on BBC America. It's cooool! Curt Wagner, RedEye's Show Patrol Interview: Matt Smith stays cool as "Doctor Who"
