"Orange is the New Black" will return for its second season June 6 on Netflix.

"Orange is the New Black" will return for a second season on June 6, Netflix onfirmed Saturday.

Fans who binged on all 13 Season 2 episodes of "House of Cards" got a little treat at the end of the finale: a card that revealed the "OITNB" Season 2 premiere date. The network followed up the surprise announcement with a 17-second teaser on the OITNB Twitter account.

The brief teaser doesn't reveal many details about the new season, but we do see Taylor Schilling's Piper Chapman looking like she's ready to cut someone at the end.

Other Litchfield inmates in the teaser include Red (Kate Mulgrew), Suzanne "Crazy Eyes" Warren (Uzo Aduba), Nicky (Natasha Lyonne), Daya (Dascha Polanco), Big Boo (Lea DeLaria), Gloria Mendoza (Selenis Leyva), Lorna Morello (Yael Stone) and Tasha "Taystee" Jefferson (Danielle Brooks).

Corrections officers George "Pornstasche" Mendez (Pablo Schreiber) and John Bennett (Matt McGorry) also make appearances, as does a new prisoner played by Lorraine Toussaint named Vee, who used to run her own drug business.

Adapted from Piper Kerman's women-in-prison memoir, Jenji Kohan's comedy-drama followed Piper's psychological journey while in prison, where she was forced to fight for her life by the end of the first season. Schilling earned a Golden Globe nomination for the role.
