1st look at Starz series 'Magic City'
Starz launches its next new original drama, "Magic City," on April 6, and I can tell you it is gorgeous. Set in the opulent Miramar Playa Hotel in Miami in the 1950s, "Magic City" boasts sumptuous sets, beautiful costumes and a cast of absolute knock-outs. The story revolves around hotel owner Ike Evans, who has sunk all his money--and that of a local mobster--into the hotel. If the Miramar doesn't make it, Evans and his family could be in deep trouble with Ben Diamond, who is not someone you should make angry.
