Summer TV favorites return in July, including the final episodes of TNT's "The Closer," AMC's "Breaking Bad" and DirecTV's "Damages," as well as new seasons of Syfy's "Warehouse 13" and USA's "White Collar."

Several new series debut, with USA's "Political Animals" at the top of that heap. Here's a list of premieres for the month that I will continue to update.
