Calling all sports fans: HBO/Sports Illustrated wants your memories

Did you witness the 2005 White Sox win their first World Series since 1917? Were you there when the Blackhawks took the 2010 Stanley Cup? How about when Michael Jordan and the Bulls wone one of their six NBA championships in the 1990s?

If you have an awesome sports memory, HBO and Sports Illustrated wants to hear from you. They're teaming up for a sports documentary that will discuss sports fans' favorite, most memorable moments.

But you need to act quickly. They're conducting interviews via Skype May 23 (today!), 24 and 25. It'll take five minutes.

To set up a time, email Josh at greatsportsmemories@gmail.com. When you send the email, also include the following information:

  • Your Name
  • Contact info (phone, email)
  • Age
  • City, State you live in
  • Tell us about your defining moment as a witness to sports history. Whether it's a specific victory, athlete or event, we want hear about what it meant to you, your friends and your family.
