'Family Feud' coming to Chicago for auditions

Hey Chicago, are you ready to play the "Feud?"

The classic game show "Family Feud" is coming to the Chicago area in its search to find the best families to compete on the show hosted by Steve Harvey. Auditions are scheduled for March 10 and 11 at the Renaissance Schaumburg Hotel & Convention Center. (The location was changed Friday afternoon.) Casting producers will be looking for family teams of five, who will need to be quick of wit and with the buzzer.

If they make it to the actual show, the families will have the chance to play the "Feud" and possibly win up to $100,000 and maybe a new car.

Your family must make an appointment to audition at the Renaissance Schaumburg. Interested families should call 323-762-8467 or email chicago@familytryouts.com for complete information and available times.

In Chicago, "Family Feud" airs at 4 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday on WPWR.
