'Doctor Who' Season 7 trailer: Cyborg gunslinger, Egyptian queen & a Dalek

Looks like The Doctor fell in love with the wild, wild West during last season's trip to the U.S. The just-released Season 7 trailer for "Doctor Who" has a decidedly "Westworld" feel to it, with an angry cyborg gunslinger and the Doctor lined up for a shootout.
