MTV's search for seven new strangers to populate the 29th "Real World" brings the show to Chicago on Saturday.
Casting producers from Bunim/Murray will be on hand for an open casting call between 10 a.m.-5 p.m. May 11 at Mad River Bar & Grille, 2909 N. Sheffield Ave.
If you've got a strong personality, are at least 21 years old by December (and look to be between 20-24), they want to see you. "Real World" has a few new twists for its 29th season. Producers are specifically looking for people who are recently single, divorced or separated as well as those currently dealing with a troubled relationship.
"We are also seeking cast members who have had to work hard to support themselves, particularly those who were unable to attend college due to personal or financial obstacles," a press release stated.
Applicants should bring a recent picture of themselves (which will not be returned) and photo ID. For those who can't make it to the open call, applications are still being accepted via email. Visit bunim-murray.com/rwcasting for complete details.

So who are the next stars of "The Real World"?
"We look for characters from real life; people with strong personalities who are unafraid to speak their minds," says Jonathan Murray, executive producer of "The Real World."
Past seasons have been populated with cast members from diverse backgrounds, who have shared their daily experiences and over-the-top personalities with millions of viewers.
"The Real World" thrives on having a diverse and dynamic cast. Our ideal candidate has a larger-than-life personality, a unique life story, an adventurous spirit and a personal magnetism that draws attention whenever they walk in the room. We are looking for open-minded and open-hearted people who can make us laugh and cry. We also love people who are at a turning point in their lives and have big decisions to make about their future.
As always, "The Real World" welcomes anyone with a great personality and a willingness to share their life with the world. Most of all, we are looking for surprising and unusual life stories that have yet to be told on television.
