ABC sets fall 2013 premiere dates

ABC announced it's fall 2013 premiere dates, and its most anticipated new series, "Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.," leads a Tuesday night of all new shows.

The Joss Whedon comic-book series premieres Sept. 24, the same night as comedies "The Goldbergs" and "Trophy Wife," as well as the lottery drama "Lucky 7."

"S.H.I.E.L.D." is a spinoff of Marvel's films, especially Whedon's hit "The Avengers." "The Goldbergs" stars Jeff Garlin as a dad in the 1980s, and "Trophy Wife" stars Malin Akerman as the young new wife of Bradley Whitford's character, a man with kids from his first two marriages.

The network's super-hot soap "Scandal" returns to Thursdays on Oct. 3 and will be joined by the new fantasy drama "Once Upon a Time in Wonderland" on Oct. 10.

The original "Once Upon a Time" returns Sept. 29 along with "Revenge" and the new drama "Betrayal," about an unhappily married Chicago woman who begins an affair with an attorney prosecuting her husband.

Rebel Wilson's comedy "Super Fun Night" premieres Oct. 2. For the rest of the dates, see the list below.
