Fall TV: 15 returning shows to watch in September

So many shows, so little time. That's the feeling I get when the fall TV season begins. That's why for my fall TV preview, I'm sticking to a monthly rundown of new and returning shows instead of a full season of them. So, without further ado, here are 15 series returning in September that I'm excited to see. OK, 14 I'm excited to see, and one, "Two and a Half Men," I'm curious about. I doubt I'll watch it after the premiere. I may not even watch that. These 15 are listed in order of the premiere dates.
