Ramen-focused restaurant Oiistar coming soon to Wicker Park

Chef Se Jin Yim, aka "Sunny," looked at more than 200 storefront locations and trekked to Japan for instruction on making ramen noodles to prepare for his first restaurant, Oiistar (1385 N. Milwaukee Ave.), scheduled to open by early September.
