Chef karaoke with Bill Kim at Belly Q
There are two doorways next to Belly Q's open kitchen: One leads to a private dining room, while the other opens up into a karaoke room, now open after 9 p.m. and open to anyone willing to obey the two-song maximum ("Because, you know, people will hog the microphone," Kim said). In honor of Kim's plans to challenge other chefs to "karaoke throwdowns," we asked chefs and owners from five nearby Randolph Street restaurants what they'd sing if Kim handed them the mic.
