Best cocktail trend
Over the past few years, wine and liquor on tap have made their way into bars, but in 2012, draft cocktails really made a splash. At River North hot spot Tavernita (pictured), an extensive draft system allows bartenders to pour tons of fun flavors fast to keep up with crowds, Yusho in Avondale has its own creations on tap, too.
